I feel epicure when ever I have this distinctive taste than comparing with other vegetables because it tastes bitter but I like the way it is . The bitterness has many health benefits they are:

  • Works well to Cleansing liver
  • Helps in weight loss
  • Improves immune system and eyes πŸ‘€

See, these many peculiar good things are available in Bitter Gourd so who says β€˜no’ to it are willing to include in their diet menu πŸ˜ƒ

Today, I prepared simple and tasty stir fry with bitter gourd. So let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  • Add oil on medium heated frying pan along with chopped Bitter Gourd
  • Saute continuously for 10 minutes or till they turn color
  • Next add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and sautΓ© 2 minutes
  • Then add Pappula Podi and dry coconut powder, sautΓ© more 2 minutes and turn off heat
  • Tasty Side Dish is ready to serve withΒ Palak DalΒ and rice topped with clarified butter πŸ˜‹ You can use any kind of dal to serve
