Ingredients:
Ginger chopped – 1 tb sp
Fresh grated coconut – 4 tb sp
Dry red chillies – 2
Red chilli powder – 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds / Jeera – 1 tea spoon
Coriander seeds – 1/2 tb sp
Tamarind paste – 1/2 tb sp
Jaggery powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander – 2 tb sp
Salt – As per taste
Oil – 1/2 tb sp
Procedure:
- Take a tempering pan
- Add oil, chopped ginger fry till golden brown color with medium heat and take out in a bowl
- In the same pan add Cumin seeds/ jeera, coriander and dry red chillies fry till the color changes to brown
- Now in mixer grinder add fried jeera, coriander, dry red chillies, ginger, salt and jaggery powder make smooth paste
- Next add tamarind paste, coriander leaves, red chili powder and fresh grated coconut make smooth paste if required add little amount of water
- Serve it with any kind of dosa variety especially withĀ Green gram Dosa/ Pesara Attu/ Moong Dal DosaĀ and idly
