Snacks recipe: Corn flakes mixture
Servings: 6
Duration: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Corn flakes – 250 grams
- Cashew nuts – 1/2 cup
- Peanuts – 1/2 cup
- Golden raisins – 1/2 cup
- Split roasted Bengal gram – 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves – 1/4 cup
- Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red paprika – 1/2 tbsp
- Oil – To deep fry
Procedure:
- First, heat oil to deep fry. when the oil is hot, fry corn flakes in batches
- Take out them when done
- Then fry cashew nuts, peanuts, Bengal gram, and raisins each one separately
- Take out them, when the color changes to light brown
- Next, turn off the heat and fry curry leaves
- Take out all the fried ingredients on kitchen tissues, to remove excess oil
- Now add salt, red chilly powder and Gently mix. Next, goes in red paprika
- Combine well and store in an airtight container to remain fresh and crisp.
