Snacks recipe: Corn flakes mixture

Servings: 6

Duration: 15 minutes


  • Corn flakes – 250 grams
  • Cashew nuts – 1/2 cup
  • Peanuts – 1/2 cup
  • Golden raisins – 1/2 cup
  • Split roasted Bengal gram – 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves – 1/4 cup
  • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Red paprika – 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil – To deep fry


  • First, heat oil to deep fry. when the oil is hot, fry corn flakes in batches
  • Take out them when done
  • Then fry cashew nuts, peanuts, Bengal gram, and raisins each one separately
  • Take out them, when the color changes to light brown
  • Next, turn off the heat and fry curry leaves
  • Take out all the fried ingredients on kitchen tissues, to remove excess oil
  • Now add salt, red chilly powder and Gently mix. Next, goes in red paprika
  • Combine well and store in an airtight container to remain fresh and crisp.
