Chikkudukaya Talimpu/ Broad Beans Stir Fry || Side Dish || Lunch / Dinner

Side Dish: Lunch – Rice / Dinner –Β Chapathi/ Roti

Servings – 4

Duration: 30 mins

Curry is either wet/ dry prepared out of vegetables/ leafy vegetables. It should be cooked and make sure it contain some amount of nutrients in it for good health diet.

In South India it’s common recipe and should be a side dish in every meal, this Broad beans curry suits with any dal rice/ fresh hot rice with ghee if you like to have it with any phulka/ Roti then it’s great combination πŸ‘

The masala ingredients which I used in this curry is basic for almost all vegetable curries. If you don’t have so much time then ground coconut and green chillies paste together, store it in an airtight container and refrigerator then use on cooked veggies as and when required. It doesn’t consume much time.

This basic mild spicy masala goes well with French beans, carrots, lady’s finger, Cluster beans etc.,
