Ingredients:
Puffed rice/ Murmura/ Borugullu – 1 bowl
Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped tomato – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped jugni/ cucumber – 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
coriander – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Green chillies+Mint leaves paste – 1 tb sp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin/Jeerapowder -1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted ground nuts/ peanuts – 2 tb sp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tb sp
Salt – as per taste
Ghee – 1 tb sp
Procedure:
- Saute puffed rice/ Murmura on medium heated frying pan for 5 mins
- In a medium sized bowl mix all chopped veggies,coriander and grated carrot
- Add peanuts,sesame seeds,jerra, coriander,red chilly powder,salt,ghee,garam masala & chilli paste
- Mix well
- Add puffed rice and mix them well
- Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander
- Serve it as a evening snack
