Healthy Green Sandwich

Ingredients:

Wheat bread – 4 slices

Cucumber – peel off and sliced

Green Bell Pepper/ Capsicum – sliced

Baby spinach – 8 to 10 leaves

Onion – sliced

Ghee – 2 tb sp

Pepper powder

Avacado Spread:

Fully Riped Avacado – 1

Onion – half

Green chillies – 2

Coriander

Salt – As per taste

Lemon juice – 2 tb sp

Procedure:

Avocado Spread:

  • Cut Avacado πŸ₯‘ and takeΒ out the seed
  • With a spoon take out avacado pulp and mash it in a bowl
  • Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, salt and lemon juice
  • Mix it well

Sandwich:

  • Take two slices of bread 🍞, apply ghee on both sides of the slicesΒ and keep in toaster (or) heat on tawa by applying ghee on it
  • Take out the slices when it becomes golden brown color
  • Keep the two slices in a plate and apply avacado Spread on both slices equally
  • Next on one slice of bread arrange sliced cucumberπŸ₯’,Β Onion, Green bell pepper/ capsicum and spinach. Sprinkle pepper powder on it
  • Take another slice and cover it on the other one to make a sandwich
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup
