Dessert Recipe: Ice Cream π¨

I’m surprised, happy and even excited πΒ because this is my 100th post. I started my food blog since 3 months don’t know how time vanished today I’m posting my 100th one on my Blog. It makes me happy and gives more energy and strength to develop my food blog more and more.
It might be simple for few but I thought to share my happiest moment with all of you who cared and loved β€οΈmy blog.
On this special day, I thought to give a special treat to all of you so I prepared and presented Yummy Homemade Ice Cream which is simple and delicious π
It will take few minutes to prepare the base and rest of the process in refrigerator. I prepared a base ice cream to this you can add enumber of combinations as you like and love to have them with your ice cream.
Today I prepared two flavours of ice cream ingredients I used are handy in almost every ones home, Choco chips caramel Ice cream & Hazelnut ice cream.
Duration: 20 mins Freezing time: 8 to 10 hrs
Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure
Ingredients:
Heavy Whipping Cream – 1 tin – 473 ml – cold
Condensed Milk – 1 tin – 400 gms – cold
Choco chip Caramel Ice cream:
Semi sweetened Choco chips/ morsels : 2 tb sp
Caramel – 2 tb sp
Hazelnut Ice cream:
Hazelnut spread – 3 tb sp
Chocolate Hazelnut rolled wafers – 4
Procedure:
- Take a deep bowl
- Add whipping cream and condensed milk
- Mix it well till incorporated and stiff peaks by using hand mixer
- Ice cream base ready
- Transfer base ice cream in two different airtight containers
Choco chips caramel Ice cream:
- Add Choco chips and caramel in first container
- Mix well & close it
- Keep it aside
Chocolate Hazelnut Ice cream:
- Add hazelnut spread in another container
- Mix well till it the ice cream base changes to chocolate color & close it
- Keep it aside
- Next place two airtight containers in Deep Fridge
- Freeze atleast 8 to 10 hrs or freeze overnight for best results
Serving Ice cream:
- Take out ice cream containers from refrigerator
- Take a scoop & bowls
- Add one scoop in each bowl
- Garnish with caramel on Choco chip caramel ice cream
- Garnish hazelnut spread on Hazelnut Ice Cream
- Finally add chocolate hazelnut rolled wafers on each ice cream
- Serve to your kids & family members π

Note:
- Hazelnut Spread you can use any kind of brand e.g. Nutella/ Berry hill taste doesn’t change, to this ice cream add dry roasted hazelnut chunks, It tastes awesome
- You can also use sweetened/ dark Choco chips according to your preference
- Even you can add Vanilla / strawberry/ Rose water essence to the base ice cream
- If you have dough machine, prepare base ice cream on medium speed
