Biryani Masala Powder | Just In 5 minutes 🀩| 300 th post 😎

I’m very excited to share today’s recipe because it’s my 300th post, It might be really nice and I’m enthusiastic about to know your reviews on my food blog and of course recipes too. I love to see all of your suggestions, compliments and feedback in the comment section πŸ™‚

Coming to the recipe, it’s an authentic, delicious and full of flavors and I can say it’s indian spice mix specially used in making Biryani’s. Biryani is a flavorful fluffy rice cooked with freshly chopped vegetables, spices, curd, ghee, cashew nuts, saffron milk, fried onions, Biryani Masala Powder and few more add ons. You might have surprised the list of ingredients making biryani but it worth’s a lot. It is the specialty of Indian cuisine and Delicacy, as I haven’t shared Vegetable Dum Biryani I will soon share the amazing recipe in my food blog, stay tuned 🌸

Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

  • Bay leaves – Β 5
  • Cloves – 10
  • Cinnamon pieces – 2
  • Nutmeg – 1/2
  • Black Cardamom – 4
  • Green Cardamom – 8
  • Kapok Buds / Marathi moggu – 1
  • Star anise – 2
  • Stone flower – 5 gms
  • Mace / javitri – 2
  • Coriander seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Black cumin seeds / shajeera – 1 Tb sp
  • Kashmiri Dry Red chillies – 3

Procedure:

  • On medium heated pan add coriander seeds, black Cumin seeds, Bay leaves and red chillies
  • Dry roast them for a minute or so and then add rest of the ingredients in pan
  • Fry them till the color changes and you can smell the Β fresh spices aroma filled in kitchen 😊
  • Turn off heat and transfer them to a plate and let them cool down
  • Grind them to smooth powder in mixer grinder
  • Store in an airtight container to remain fresh , you can preserve upto 6 months
