An easy, wholesome and healthier drink or as a quick fulfilling breakfast to go with banana cashew smoothie. Itβs very creamy, smooth texture and a smart way to sneak the fresh, natural fruit and homemade smoothieΒ π
A must try recipe because itβs full of goodness and Β anybody can make it. I havenβt added ice cubes in it because I used chilled milk, if you wish you can use 2-3 ice cubes. Smoothies can be prepared with veggies, fruit, honey and either dairy or dairy-free.
Today, I prepared a delicious dairy smoothie itβs a combination of banana, cashew nuts, milk and flaxseed powder which has more healthy benefits.
Ingredients:
- Riped Banana – 1 – Peeled off and chopped
- Whole Cashew Nuts – 10 – soaked in water for 10 minutes
- Chilled milk – 300 ml
- Flaxseed powder – 1/2 Tb sp
- Granulated sugar – 1/2 tb sp ( you can use honey or maple syrup instead )
- Chia seeds – 1/2 teaspoon – to garnish
Procedure:
- Add in all ingredients in juicer except chia seeds
- Blend till smooth consistency
- Pour in serving glass and garnish with chia seeds and chopped banana π
- Serve immediately, Iβm sure you all love it π
