Baby Corn Fried Rice πŸ› | Street Style| Vegan

Lunch Recipe: Baby Corn Vegetable Fried RiceΒ

One of the most comforting, warmth and tasty food is fried rice. You can make it in anyway or with different kind of spices and sauce’s it turns out super yummy and delightful dish.

Today, I prepared a simple and quick meal for lunch is Baby Corn Fried Rice πŸ›Β which exactly looks and tastes same like street side fried rice!Β You will agree with me if you try this beautiful recipe. As I said, fried rice can be made in version so I added veggies, homemade Frankie Masala Powder is always available in my kitchen shelves along with black pepper powder and salt. Tossing rice on pan is a crucial part of any fried rice I hope you will definitely try and enjoy 😊

Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

  • Baby corn – 1 tin – chopped
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Chilly vinegar – 1 table spoon ( you can also substitute with white vinegar
  • Frankie Masala Powder | HomemadeΒ – 1 Tb sp
  • Green chilly – 1 sliced
  • Coconut oil – 2 Tb sp ( you can replace it with regular cooking oil or butter)
  • White Sona Masoori Rice – cooked – 200 gms

Finely chopped:

  • Carrot πŸ₯•Β – 1
  • Beans – 8
  • Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper – 1/2 cup
  • Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion greens – 1/3 cup

Procedure:

  • On medium heated pan add oil, garlic and green chilly. SautΓ© 30 seconds and then add chopped baby corn
  • Saute 2 minutes and add chopped carrot and beans, sautΓ© 2 more minutes and then add red and yellow bell peppers
  • Stir more 3 minutes and then add salt, Black Pepper Powder andΒ Frankie Masala Powder
  • Combine well and add cooked rice and chilly vinegar
  • Gently mix and toss rice on medium-high heat for 2 to 5 minutes
  • Turn off heat and finally add chopped cilantro and spring onion greens
  • Mix well and serve hot with sliced onion, lemon πŸ‹Β πŸ˜‹
