Pesara Laddu | Yellow Moong Dal Laddu ๐Ÿ˜

A delicious South Indian sweet recipe is made with five simple ingredients they are easily available at home ๐Ÿกย . Itโ€™s easy, tasty and healthy Laddu can serve to any age group, people who have sweet tooth wonโ€™t stop eating these delicate Indian laddus ๐Ÿ˜

Today, I prepared one of the famous South Indian Laddu is Pesara Laddu ๐Ÿ˜‹ which contains moong dal, sugar, ghee . You can also make these laddus by using jaggery powder instead sugar.

Letโ€™s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

  • Yellow Moong Dal – 200 gms – Dry Roasted for 5 mins
  • Sugar – 120 gms – grounded into smooth powder
  • Ghee – 80 ml
  • Cashew Nuts – 10 – chopped and fried in ghee
  • Cardamom powder – 1/8 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • In a pan add ghee, grounded moong Dal, sugar and cashew nuts
  • Saute 5 mins over medium heat , you can smell the aromatic flavor
  • Turn off heat and transfer onto plate
  • Let the mixture become cool
  • Make laddus and enjoy your evening ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
