Sweet recipe: Pesara Ladduย

A delicious South Indian sweet recipe is made with five simple ingredients they are easily available at home ๐กย . Itโs easy, tasty and healthy Laddu can serve to any age group, people who have sweet tooth wonโt stop eating these delicate Indian laddus ๐
Today, I prepared one of the famous South Indian Laddu is Pesara Laddu ๐ which contains moong dal, sugar, ghee . You can also make these laddus by using jaggery powder instead sugar.
Letโs start with Ingredients and follows Procedure
Ingredients:
- Yellow Moong Dal – 200 gms – Dry Roasted for 5 mins
- Sugar – 120 gms – grounded into smooth powder
- Ghee – 80 ml
- Cashew Nuts – 10 – chopped and fried in ghee
- Cardamom powder – 1/8 teaspoon
Procedure:
- In a pan add ghee, grounded moong Dal, sugar and cashew nuts
- Saute 5 mins over medium heat , you can smell the aromatic flavor
- Turn off heat and transfer onto plate
- Let the mixture become cool
- Make laddus and enjoy your evening ๐
