Now a days, Everyone wants fast and quick recipes at home with in few minutes. Today, Iβm sharing a new combination of fruits πΒ along with cardamom powder, milk, dates and few add ons. Itβs super healthy, frothy and delicious smoothie π₯. I hope you like it and try out my recipes.
Health benefits of avacado π₯ & Banana π:
Letβs start with Ingredients and follows Procedure
Ingredients:
- Banana – 1 – Ripped – Chopped
- Curd/ plain yogurt – 1 Tb sp
- Avacado – 1/2 – Chopped
- Milk – 300 ml
- Sugar – 1 Tb sp
- Dates – 2 –
- Walnuts – 1 Tb sp
- Cardamom Powder – 3 – powdered ( Without skin)
Procedure:
- Add all ingredients in blender, select smoothie button or blend till smooth paste
- Pour in serving glasses
- Garnish with finely chopped walnuts and green colored sugar ( optional)
- Happy cooking π₯ & Have a great weekend π
