An easy, simple and yummy side dish can pair with Vegetable Biryani , Kuska Biryani Β , Tomato πŸ… BathΒ ,Β PulaoΒ and any other Indian rice preparations. It’sΒ low-fat Indian yogurt dip makes a great side to cool down the spice level of curry and also refreshing your meal.

Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

  • Curd/ yogurt – 200 ml
  • Onion – Finely chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Tomato – Finely chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Cilantro – 1/4 cup – chopped
  • Salt – 3/4 tsp
  • Green chillies – 2 – Finely chopped

Procedure:

  • Add curd in a bowl ( whisk it )
  • Next add rest of the ingredients, mix well and transfer to a serving bowl
  • Serve it withΒ Pav Bhaji Masala Veg BiryaniΒ ,Β Bisi Bele BathΒ or any spicy biryani
