An easy, simple and yummy side dish can pair with Vegetable Biryani , Kuska Biryani Β , Tomato π BathΒ ,Β PulaoΒ and any other Indian rice preparations. ItβsΒ low-fat Indian yogurt dip makes a great side to cool down the spice level of curry and also refreshing your meal.
Letβs start with Ingredients and follows Procedure
Ingredients:
- Curd/ yogurt – 200 ml
- Onion – Finely chopped – 1/2 cup
- Tomato – Finely chopped – 1/2 cup
- Cilantro – 1/4 cup – chopped
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Green chillies – 2 – Finely chopped
Procedure:
- Add curd in a bowl ( whisk it )
- Next add rest of the ingredients, mix well and transfer to a serving bowl
- Serve it withΒ Pav Bhaji Masala Veg BiryaniΒ ,Β Bisi Bele BathΒ or any spicy biryani
