South Indian Breakfast Recipe: Podi Uttapam With Idly Batter/ Idly Batter Uttapam/ Podi Uttapam

Servings: 4 Uttapam

Duration: 15 mins

Uttapam is one of my favorite South Indian breakfast when it is loaded with toppings such as onion, Carrot, cilantro, Capsicum/ bell pepper and final twist by sprinkling idly Podi on it.. so don’t miss this lovely Uttapam, do try & let me know how it turned out to you πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³πŸ™‚

  • Serve with coconut chutney/Coriander Coconut Chutney/Β Tomato πŸ… Chutney
  • Happy Cooking πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ & Enjoy your day 😍
