Sservings: approximately 100 papdi’s

Duration: 40 mins

Papdi is a savory snack which is a main ingredient to make finger licking chaats recipes from North India, India ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ

This recipe mainly contains all purpose flour which makes crispy and crunchy papdi, as you all know there are enumber of dishes can be prepared from maida / all purpose flour. I prepared all papdi’s in 40-50 minutes if anyone could help you in this work at home you can easily finish off in less than 40 mins ๐Ÿ˜Š I hope you could get company to make crunchy papdi.

By using papdi you can make papdi chaat, Dahi papdi chaat, Sev puri and also you can add crushed chunks of papdi in Bhel Puri.. so many dishes could prepare from one main dish that is “Papdi” โ˜บ๏ธย Soon, I will share chaat recipes with papdi.
