Healthy Broccoli Salad Bowl 🥗

Salad loads with lots of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, after tasting delicious food from many days/ months it is a little bit tuff to eat healthy food like fresh vegetable salad.
How to eat healthy salad ? make salad relishing and also without reducing any nutrients from it, yes you can have it in an easy basic way by adding salt, pepper, nuts and lemon juice. This makes your Broccoli bowl rich in taste and easy to make. Especially, for kids you can serve as evening snack or morning breakfast or you can pack for lunch box too.
Let’s start with ingredients and procedure
Ingredients:
- Broccoli Florets – 2
- Mini Cucumber – 1 – peeled off and chopped
- Grated beetroot – 2 tb sp
- Tomato 🍅 – 1 – chopped
- Onion – 2 tb sp – finely chopped
- Cilantro – 1/4 cup ( handful )
- Olive oil – 1 tb sp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tb sp
- Pumpkin seeds – 1/2 tb sp
- Cashew nuts – chopped – 1 tb sp
Procedure:
- Add all chopped veggies and cilantro in a mixing bowl
- Next add pepper, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and nuts
- Mix well and serve
- Happy cooking and have a good day 🙂

Note:
- Adjust spices according to taste
- After mixing salad, Marinate 10 mins to enrich flavours in salad ( it’s optional )
- Vegetable you can add of your choice 😊
- Instead of pumpkin and cashew nuts, you can add walnuts/ raisins/ Almonds
