Main course: Rice variety : Butter Fried Rice 🍚

Healthy diet means eating healthy food such as leafy vegetables, nuts and fruits. It also includes to avoid junk food and more probably frozen food, sauces, oils – in oil it again divides into two saturated fat and unsaturated fat..
In saturated fat it produces good amount of fat such as coconut oil, butter, dark chocolate 🍫 , dairy products etc., why am I explaining all these because today the meal which I prepared is No Sauce and Butter Fried Rice
You doesn’t know how it turned out without sauces such a lovely color loaded with freshly chopped vegetables and cooked rice tossed in butter.. yummy 😋
Today, I prepared Butter fried rice with vegetables and not included sauce/ vinegar to make it more healthier, I hope you like it.
Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure
Ingredients:
- Cooked Basmati Rice – 240 gms
- Carrot – 1 medium – finely chopped
- Green bell pepper / Capsicum – 1 medium – finely chopped
- Cabbage – chopped – 200 gms
- Cauliflower florets – 15-20
- Spring onion greens – 1/4 cup – finely chopped
- Red paprika – 1/2 tb sp
- Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
- Fine black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red chilly flakes – 1 tsp
- Butter – 2 tb sp
Procedure:
- Heat skillet pan or wok over medium heat
- Add butter, let it melt
- Add chopped carrot , Capsicum, cabbage and cauliflower
- Saute 2 mins
- Add salt, pepper powder, red paprika, red chilly flakes, Garam Masala Powder
- Mix well and saute one more minute
- Add cooked rice and gently mix or toss wok
- Saute 2 mins and turn off heat
- Serve hot topped with spring onion greens

Note:
- Vegetables you can customize on your taste and choice and spices too
- Adjust spices according to taste
- If you would like to add sauces, include them while sautéing spices and next rice..
- Serve Butter fried rice topped with spring green onion and lemon juice 🙂
