Snack recipe: Poha MixtureΒ

Easy, quick and crispy snack are many but fried pressed rice is different and delicious it contains curry leaves, spices and nuts, it is everyone’s favorite Evening snack you can also pack for kids in airtight container as snack or serve at small party or evening/ winter treat.. have it for no reason πŸ˜‰ Perfect chatpata snack Poha Chivda Mix

Ingredients:

  • Pressed Rice/ Attukullu/ Poha – 320 gms
  • Peanuts / Ground nuts – 80 gms
  • Split Roasted Bengal Gram – 80 gms
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves – 6

Procedure:

  • Heat oil to deep fry on medium heat
  • Add small amount of pressed rice in oil
  • Take out when puffs up on paper towel
  • Fry ground nuts, split roasted Bengal gram, curry leaves separately
  • Take out all fried ingredients on paper towel
  • Next add them in a mixing bowl along with salt and red chilly powder
  • Mix gently with spatula
  • Store in an airtight container to be fresh & crispy
  • Serve & enjoy at evening
  • Happy cooking & have a good 😊 day

Note:

  • Adjust spices according to taste
  • Contains peanuts
  • Instead of frying directly in oil You can use strainer to fry each ingredients ( as shown in picture)
