Salad is a healthy and nutrition bowl where you can eat at any time in a day. You can make your own salad bowl it can be with veggies or quinoa or beans or fruits to enhance the flavor of salad add little pepper & salt.

Any body can make any kind of salad because they are very easy to prepare with less ingredients & in less time. Salad can be mixed veggies or fruits or beans it’s all your choice and make out best combination for healthy salad πŸ₯—

One full bowl of salad makes your stomach full because it contains high nutrition values. These salad’s suites to any age group & it’s super yummy πŸ˜‹

Today I prepared Cucumber salad with yogurt dressing

Let’s start with ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

  • Mini Cucumber – 4 – peeled off – chopped
  • Tomato πŸ…Β – 1 – medium – seedless – finely chopped
  • Red Onion – 1/4 – thinly sliced
  • Mint leaves – 10 – medium sized – finely chopped

Dressing:

  • Fresh curd / yogurt – 120 ml
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Paprika – 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

  • Add all chopped vegetables and mint leaves in a large bowl
  • Mix well
  • For dressing in a bowl of curd add salt, sugar and Paprika
  • Mix well and add dressing on vegetables
  • Mix well
  • Serve as a starter / evening salad πŸ₯—
  • Happy Cooking and Enjoy your day πŸ™‚

Note:

  • Adjust Spices according to taste
  • If you don’t like Paprika you can avoid
  • To bring strong flavor of mint you can use mint Paste instead of mint leaves
  • Don’t use more Onions in salad.. it spoils the taste of salad πŸ₯—
