So on this special occasion, in every home filled with friends, family members and relatives.. enjoying treats, snacks and dinner. Today all of you well prepared and organized tree with gifts and refreshments.. mostly everyone prepares special designed cookies and cakes.

I thought to make cookies πŸͺΒ but I prepared simple and basic cookies hope you like them. These cookies are eggless version and enriched with almond powder. Previously I posted Butter cookies you can checkout link below

Crunchy Butter Cookies πŸͺ

Today I prepared cookies with almond powder and chocolate chip cookies πŸͺ

Let’s start with ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup – 355 gms
  • Powdered sugar – 3/4 cup – 175 gms
  • Milk – 1/2 cup – 120 ml
  • Almond powder – 1/3 cup – 80 gms
  • Chocolate chips – 1/3 cup – 80 gms
  • Oilve oil – 1/4 cup – 60 ml
  • Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Almond powder:

  • Take 80 gms almonds and blend till smooth powder
  • Keep it aside

Making Cookies πŸͺ:

  • In a large mixing bowl add milk, oil & vanilla extract
  • Mix till incorporated by using hand mixer
  • Next sieve all dry ingredients ( Flour, powdered sugar, soda & salt )
  • Mix well
  • Add almond powder & chocolate chips
  • Mix well with spatula
  • Scoop out dough and place on tray lined with parchment sheet
  • Give 1 inch gap between cookies, I scooped 1 tb sp for each cookie
  • Preheat oven at 350F and bake 15 mins
  • Baked well
  • Repeat the process till dough completes
  • Let them become cool
  • Serve as snack / in kids lunch box/ party time / Christmas Eve πŸŽ„
  • Happy Cooking & enjoy your day πŸ™‚

Note:

  • Adjust sweetness according to taste
  • Instead of olive oil, You can also use other oil
  • If you find almond milk use it rather than using normal milk
  • To decrease the size of cookies add 1/2 tb sp dough
