I love Avacado in any way and mostly when Avacado is mixed with salt, pepper & lemon juice it tastes great.. I prepared Avacado spread you can checkout down below.

Nutrition facts:
Avacado: Vitamins A, C & B6.Β Minerals iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium & fiber
Carrots: Vitamins : A, C & B6
Minerals : calcium, iron, magnesium & potassium
Capsicum/ Bell pepper:Β Vitamins : A,C & B6
Minerals: Calcium, Iron & magnesium
Onion:Β Vitamins: C & B6
Minterals: Iron, magnesium & potassium
If you don’t like Avacado this post is best way for you to eat Avacado very tasty and juicy.. Believe me I made Avacado Toast with 4 different vegetables and toppings which turned out super delicious πΒ obviously delicious. Hope you like them.
Today I prepared healthy breakfast with toasted bread, Β applied Avacado spread and finished with toppings
Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure
Ingredients:
- Bread slices – Toasted – 4
Avacado Spread:
- Avacado – ripped – 1 – chopped
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Fine black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cliantro – 1/3 cup – chopped
- Lemon juice – 1 tb sp
Toppings:
- Carrot – 1 – julienne cut
- Cucumber – 1/2 – semi circle cut
- Spinach – 15 leaves – fresh
- Red onion – 1/2 – slices
- Red chilly flakes – 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds – white – 1/2 tb sp
- Poppy seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tb sp
Procedure:
Avacado Spread:
- Take a bowl
- Add avacado chunks
- Add salt, pepper powder, lemon juice & chopped cilantro
- Mix well
- Basic avacado Spread is ready
- Keep it aside
Avacado Toast: π₯
- Put toasted bread slices on plate
- Apply avacado Spread on each toasted bread slices
Avacado Toast with carrot π₯:
- Add Carrot on toasted bread
- Sprinkle red chilly flakes, sesame seeds, poppy seeds
- Add just a pinch of salt & pepper powder
- Add 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Avacado Toast with Carrot & toppings is ready
- Serve immediately
Avacado Toast with Spinach:
- Add Spinach on toasted bread
- Sprinkle sesame seeds & poppy seeds
- Add just a pinch of pepper powder
- Add 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Avacado Toast with Spinach & toppings is ready
- Serve immediately
Avacado Toast with CucumberΒ π₯:
- Add Cucumber on toasted bread
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds
- Add just a pinch of salt & pepper powder
- Add 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Avacado Toast with Cucumber & toppings is ready
- Serve immediately
Avacado Toast with Onion:
- Add 2 spinach leaves, Onion slices on toasted bread
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds
- Add just a pinch of salt & pepper powder
- Add 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Avacado Toast with Onion & toppings is ready
- Serve immediately

Note:
- Adjust spices according to taste
- Double the ingredients to make more toasts
- You can customize your own Avacado Toast with other vegetables such as red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, sweet corn π½Β , canned olives etc.,
- Toppings – you can also add Choco chips, roasted peanuts, tomato sauce etc.,
