Smoothie: carrot 🥕 apple juice

A smoothie is a thick beverage which contains raw vegetables or fruits along with water, ice cubes or milk and nuts.
In your Healthy diet include smoothie, it is very simple to prepare in ample time which ends with super delicious and energetic.
These type of drink suit to any age group so make a way for healthy juices, healthy salad in your daily meal or breakfast.
Today, I prepared a simple salad and smoothie at breakfast.
Let’s start with ingredients and Procedure
Carrot Apple smoothie:
- Carrots – 3 – peeled off – chopped
- Apple 🍎 – 2 – chopped
- Ginger – 1 tb sp – peeled off – chopped
- Honey – 3 tb sp
- Milk – 235 ml
- Add all the above ingredients in juicer
- Blend till smooth paste
- Pour smoothie in serving glass
- Garnish with Apple slice or carrot slice
- If you would like to have cold smoothie, chill it in fridge for 5 to 10 mins
- Cucumber – mini – 2
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Wash cucumber
- Cut or slice Cucumber into rounds
- Sprinkle salt & pepper on Cucumber slices
- Cucumber salad is ready
- Adjust sweetness according to taste
- Double the ingredients to Increase quantity
- If you would like to have chill smoothie , You can add ice cubes in juicer while blending smoothie
