Soup is a creamy liquid substance which can be made by combining many ingredients such as with milk, vegetables, sauce, cheese, salt , pepper & ginger- garlic these are ingredients are used to make any kind of soup, but varies from one to other cuisine.

Winter is the comfort season to have warm / hot soup and snacks. This is the season to enjoy hot cup of soup in cold winter at evening time 😊

So I started winter treats to share hot soup and snacks. They are many soup varieties but today I prepared a famous and delicious soup which is Clear Vegetable Soup 🍜 have healthy and nutrition soup.

Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Nutrition facts:

Cabbage: Vitamin C & fiber

Broccoli: Vitamins A,C & B6 and also iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, fiber, protein & sodium

Bell pepper :Β Vitamins A,C & B6 and also iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, fiber & protein

Sweet corn:Β Vitamins A and also iron, Β potassium, magnesium, fiber and protein

Garlic: vitamin

Carrot :Β Vitamins A,C & B6 and also iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, fiber & protein

Spring onion: Vitamin A, C and iron & calcium

Ingredients:

  • Water – 400 ml
  • Carrot – chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Broccoli – florets – 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn kernels Β – 1 cup
  • Cabbage – green/ red – Shredded – 1/2 cup
  • Green bell pepper – 1/2 cup – diced
  • Spring onions – 1/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves – 2 – finely chopped
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – fine – 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

  • Heat deep bowl or wok over medium heat
  • Add water
  • Add all chopped vegetables
  • Mix well and stir occasionally
  • After 5 mins Add salt and pepper
  • Let it cook more 5 mins
  • Turn off heat / burner/ cooktop
  • Serve hot at evening time / winter ❄️

Note:

  • Youcan add any veggies such as mushroom, red / yellow bell pepper, celery, etc.,
  • Adjust salt & pepper according to taste
  • Full nutrition and healthy soup suits to everyone at home
  • Don’t add any flour
