Cake is a special dessert which can be prepared at home or you can easily bought from stores or customize your own cake in baking stores.

Cake in home means there is something special going on to celebrate, cut cake and share with friends and family. Every happy moment or anyone is ready to celebrate with a colorful tasty cake.

Most of people like to have ice cream + cake together at a time, so I tried out it’s fantastic and delicious πŸ˜‹

Coming to cookies , there are many popular cookies which is adorable to kids and family members. One of them is Oreo cookies those are popular, sweet in taste and got more fame in short period of time.

So Today I thought to prepare an easy and delicious cake without oven not even baking my cake. Ohh, how is it possible? Let’s see

Today I prepared Oreo Ice Cream Cake is easy to make with less ingredients and in less time.

Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure

Duration : 20 mins + freezing time 12 hrs



Oreo cookies – 20

Choco cookie dough ice cream – 500 ml

Butter – 4 tb sp

Spring form pan – 7″ inch

Oreo frosting:


Melted butter: 4 tb sp

Icing sugar – 6 tb sp

Oreo cookie – fine powder – 1/2 tb sp

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Star tip – 1 & piping bag


Oreo frosting

Oreo cookies – 4

Oreo powder – 1 tb sp



Layer 1:

  • In a food processor/ coffee beans mixer add Oreo cookies and make fine powder
  • Keep it aside

Layer 2:

  • Make ice cream base
  • Take a bowl of ice cream and Oreo cookie pieces
  • Mix well together
  • Keep it aside


  • Take spring form pan
  • Add layer 1 and spread equally
  • Next press it tight with hand
  • Next add layer 2
  • Spread equally
  • Refrigerate for 10 -12 hours or overnight

Oreo frosting:


  • In a deep bowl
  • Add all frosting ingredients
  • Mix well till incorporated by using hand mixer
  • Fill frosting in piping bag
  • Keep it aside


  • Take out cake from refrigerator
  • Start piping 8 stars by 2 inches gap
  • Fill the gap with half Oreo cookies
  • At center of the cake sprinkle Oreo cookie powder
  • Make a swirl at center of the cake
  • Oreo ice cream cake is ready
  • Enjoy cooking & Happy Weekend 😊

  • Instead of Choco cookie dough ice cream you can also use base Vanilla ice cream
  • Increase the quantity of ingredients if you would like to make big cake
