Veg Hakka Noodles : Healthy Breakfast: Indo- Chinese recipeΒ

Noodles 🍝 is one of the most favorite and delicious indo- Chinese recipe to anyone which can be made out of rice / wheat/ all purpose flour. My suggestion is to use wheat flour noodles for healthy breakfast noodles.

Noodles can be prepare in different varieties such as Veg Hakka Noodles, Veg Schezwan Noodles, Gobi Noodles, snacks etc., it varies from one to another and completely depends on cuisine.

Today I prepared Quick and tasty healthy noodles overloaded with veggies, sauce’s, salt & pepper.

In most of my recipes I added lots of veggies because I like healthy breakfast that’s why I’m using wheat flour noodles.

Nutrition facts of Veggies:

Cauliflower:Β It contains vitamin C & B6

Cabbage : It contains vitaminΒ C and alsoΒ Potassium

Yellow Bell Pepper: It contains vitaminsΒ A, C & B6 and alsoΒ Calcium, protein, potassium, Iron & magnesium

Beans: It contains vitamins A, C & B6 and also calcium, protein, potassium, Iron & magnesium

Carrot: It contains vitaminsΒ A, C & B6
and also calcium, iron, magnesium & potassium

Let’s start with Ingredients and follows Procedure


Spaghetti noodles/ Wheat. Noodles : 150 gms

Salt – 1 tsp

Pepper – 1 tsp

Oil – 2 tb sp


Cauliflower – florets – 1/2 cup

Cabbage – sliced – 1/2 cup

Thin Beans – fresh – chopped – 1/2 cup

Carrot – sliced – 1/2 cup

Yellow Bell pepper – Diced – 1/2 cup


Tomato sauce – 1/2 tb sp

Green chilli Sauce – 1 tsp

Red chilly sauce – 1 tsp

Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp



How to cook perfect noodles?

  • 1 cup = 3 cups water
  • Boil water in a pan with pinch of salt over medium heat
  • When water started boiling add noodles in it
  • Once Stir & close with lid
  • Cook 5 to 8 mins in low to medium heat
  • Turnoff Cooktop/ Burner
  • Drain water by using stainer
  • Let them become cool for 15 mins
  • Mean while start preparation for noodles

Veg Hakka Noodles 🍝:

  • Heat skillet pan over medium heat
  • Add oil, veggies & mix well
  • Saute 5 mins
  • Add sauce’s & mix well
  • Saute 2 mins and add salt & pepper
  • Mix well
  • Add cooked noodles
  • Saute/ toss gently & mix well
  • Cook 2 mins
  • Veg Hakka Noodles 🍝 is ready to serve
  • Have it either at Breakfast/ Dinner. Kids surely enjoy noodles πŸ˜€

  • If you can’t find wheat noodles Β use any kind of noodles it tastes perfect πŸ‘Œ
  • Most important I used yellow bell pepper, why is it because it contains high amounts of vitamin C than other bell peppers. If available use, yellow bell pepper πŸ˜€
  • People who don’t like sauces, you can easily avoid them it’s most healthy option instead of them you can use homemade tomato sauce, salt & pepper. It will be more delicious and healthy too πŸ˜‹
  • Don’t fry veggies they must be half cooked for crunchiness
