Salad is a healthy and nutrition bowl where you can eat at any time in a day. You can make your own salad bowl it can be with veggies or quinoa or beans or fruits to enhance the flavor of salad add little pepper & salt.

Any body can cook any kind of salad because they are very easy to prepare with less ingredients &Β in less time. Salad can be mixed veggies or fruits or beans it’s all your choice and make out best combination for healthy salad πŸ₯—

One full bowl of salad makes your stomach full because it contains high nutrition values. These salad’s suites to any age group & it’s super yummy πŸ˜‹

Nutrition Facts:

Red kidney Beans: It contains vitamin B1,k , iron , magnesium, manganese , folate, potassium, copper, phosphorus & protein

White beans: It contains vitamins C & B6 and also iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium &Β protein

Brown chickpeas: It contains protein & sodium

Celery: It contains vitamin A & C and also calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium

Yellow Bell pepper: It contains A,C & B6 and also calcium, iron, potassium & magnesium

Cilantro : Vitamins A & C

Lemon Juice : It contains Vitamins C & B6 and alsoΒ calcium, iron, potassium & magnesium

Today I prepared a full bowl of healthy & nutrition salad with beans, veggies, salt Β & pepper

Let’s start with ingredients and follows Procedure


Red kidney Beans – 80 gms

White Beans/ Northern Beans – 80 gms

Brown chickpeas – 80 gms

Celery – 1/2 cup

Cucumber – 1/2 cup

Yellow Bell Pepper – 1/4 cup

Honey – 1 tb sp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tb sp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Extra virgin Oilve oil – 1/2 tb sp

Chopped cilantro – 1/4 cup



  • Take a bowl
  • Add three Beans in it
  • Wash twice and drain water
  • Add fresh water & soak 6-8 hrs
  • After 8 hrs, cook them in pressure cooker by adding sufficient water & salt to taste
  • Cook for 3 whistles
  • Drain water in a bowl & keep aside
  • Cooked beans ready

Three Beans Salad:

  • First mix honey, olive oil & lemon juice till incorporated
  • Second, mix chopped veggies: Celery, cucumber & yellow bell pepper in a bowl
  • Keep aside
  • Next take a deep bowl , add mixed liquid & mixed veggies
  • Add chopped cilantro
  • Add three variety of cooked beans
  • Sprinkle salt & pepper
  • Mix well or mix gently with two spoons
  • That’s it, here you go and taste delicious & healthy Three beans salad πŸ₯—

  • Adjut spices according to taste
  • Don’t over cook beans because they might become mushy
  • You can add garbanzo beans instead of brown chickpeas
  • Don’t refrigerate salad, it spoils the taste
