Adai Dosa/ Lentils Dosa πŸ˜‹ || Breakfast

Healthy Breakfast: Lentils Dosa : South India

Servings: 14 Dosa

Duration : 3 dosa’s can cook in 15 mins

South Indian healthy Breakfast recipe is adai dosa / Lentils Dosa which is full of protein, spices and flavor of ginger. It is easy and quick to make Dosa’s when Batter is ready.

What’s special in this breakfast it contains four different variety of lentils which has high in protein and also gives energy. This dosa gives a good aroma of lentils & ginger.

It can be prepared in two ways:

1. Time consuming :

  • I chose this method because the lentils & Dal has enough time for fermentation
  • So your Dosa will be smooth in hand and crispy outside of dosa
  • The process is same like Green gram Dosa, Soaking overnight & making batter in the morning
  • Detailed process explained in procedure sectionΒ
  • Batter is ready & make Dosa’s πŸ˜€

2. Can be prepared in 2 hrs :

  • Soak all lentils & rice in a deep bowl for 2 hrs
  • Add dry Red chillies, ginger, cumin seeds & salt along with lentils & dal in mixer grinder
  • Blend semi coarse / smooth paste
  • Batter is ready & make Dosa’s πŸ˜€
