Milkshake is a cold beverage which is usually made from milk, ice cream/ ice cubes with fruits such as watermelon, musk melon, papaya, mango, orange 🍊 etc., to enhance the flavor and sweetness such as chocolate syrup, honey, butterscotch etc.,

Milkshakes are famous beverage all over world and easily available at restaurants. I thought Rather drinking every time at restaurants why can’t I prepare at home which is healthy and nutrition I got an idea of Dry fruit Vanilla Milkshake..

Kids special Milkshake enriched with full of nuts, Vanilla ice cream and milk which ended with full of flavours and toothsome to have it either breakfast/ evening.

Especially for kids who is not at all show interest to eat nuts or drink milk this is the best way to them. Once try and give this nut full Vanilla Milkshake to your kids I’m sure they will definitely ask you one more πŸ˜‰

Im saying specially about kids because they don’t drink healthy food or eat fruits, my husband had & said it’s super tasty πŸ˜‹. I’m happy 😊 so thought to share with you.

Nutrition facts:

Cashew nuts,Β Almonds :

Vitamin: B6

Minerals: Iron, calcium, magnesium & potassium

Pistachios:

Vitamin: A, C & B6

Minerals: Iron, calcium, magnesium & potassium

Golden Raisins, Dates:

Vitamin: C & B6

Minerals: Iron, calcium, magnesium & potassium

Milk:

Vitamins : A, D, B6 & B 12

Minerals: Iron, calcium, magnesium & potassium

Today, I prepared Dry Fruit Vanilla Milkshake πŸ˜€ Which is loaded with nuts, milk etc.,

Let’s start with ingredients and follows Procedure

Ingredients:

Milk – 300 ml – chill

Vanilla Ice cream – 120 ml

Honey – 1 teaspoon

Dry fruits:

Cashew nuts : 1/2 tb sp

Almonds – 1/2 tb sp

Golden Raisins – 1/2 tb sp

Pistachios – 1/2 tb sp

Dates – seedless – 2

Procedure:

  • Take juicer
  • Add nuts, milk, honey & ice cream
  • Press Milkshake button / For 1 min
  • Blend it smooth
  • Apply honey inside glass , it’s optional
  • Pour Milkshake in serving glass
  • Add chopped pistachios & cashew nuts on top
  • Dry fruit Vanilla Milkshake is ready
  • Serve it to your kids & family members
