Sweet Corn 🌽 Vegetable Soup || Indo-Chinese Recipe

Simple and quick soup recipe:

Sweet corn soup is tasty and healthy. People who like corn 🌽 will definitely love this recipe, I used one full sweet corn 🌽 also I added carrots and beans to enhance the taste.

Half of the sweet corn – I used as it is in soup, when you bite it you taste the sweetness of corn πŸ˜€

Rest half of the sweet corn – I used to make corn paste

It’s easy to make , let’s go first start with ingredients and next with procedure πŸ˜€


Sweet Corn 🌽 – 1 cup

Beans – finely chopped – 1/2 cup

Carrot – finely chopped – 1/2 cup

Spring onions – chopped – 1/4 cup

Sweet corn paste:

  • Take one cup of fresh sweet corn
  • Blend smooth paste in mixer grinder
  • Don’t add water

Sweet corn paste – 2 tb sp

Corn flour/ corn starch Β – 1/2 tb sp

Water – 3 cups

Fine / Coasre Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

“If required you might add more salt and pepper”


  • Add water in frying pan/ deep fry pan
  • Boil water
  • When water started boiling
  • Add finely chopped carrot, beans and sweet corn
  • Mix them well
  • Stir for one minute
  • Add sweet corn paste and mix well
  • Cook for 1 minute

Corn starch paste:

  1. Take corn flour in a small cup
  2. Add water in it and make pouring consistency corn flour paste
  3. Mix it well with spoon without any lumps
  4. Im using corn starch because to form thickness in soup
  • Add Corn starch/ corn flour paste in pan
  • Mix well and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add spring onion,pepper powder and salt
  • Mix them well and stir
  • Cook 2 minutes
  • Sweet corn 🌽 vegetable soup is ready πŸ˜ƒ
  • Serve hot @ evening/winter/rainy season
