Potato Nuggets πŸ˜‹


Boiled potatoes πŸ₯”Β – Mashed – Β 1 Bowl

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tb sp

Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Corn flour – 2 tb sp

Salt – to taste

Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup

Corn flour paste – 1 small cup

Oil – To deep fry


  • Take a bowl Add mashed potatoes
  • Add red chilly powder, red chilly flakes, oregano, ginger-garlic paste, salt and corn flour
  • Mix them well
  • Next Make potato nuggets like oval/ cylinder shape
  • keep them aside
  • Each potato Nugget Dust in corn flour
  • Dip in corn flour paste
  • Next take out potato nuggets from dip and roll in bread crumbs
  • Apply bread crumbs on them completely
  • Repeat the same process till the potato mixture completes
  • Heat oil to deep fry
  • Fry in medium to high heat
  • Take out potato nuggets when color changes to golden brown
  • Serve it hot in rainy/ winter season , evenings/ starters with tomato sauce/ any Dip
