Masala Dosa

Prepare Dosa Batter,potato Masala and Coconut chutney:

Dosa Batter/ South Indian pancake Batter

Potato Masala/ Aloo Masala

Coconut Chutney/Β Coriander Coconut Chutney / Kothimeera Kobbari Chutney

How to make Masala dosa:

  • Keep tava on medium heat
  • Sprinkle water on it. To check tava heated or not
  • Remove water with paper towel or onion
  • Take one full medium sized ladle batter and pour at center of the tava
  • Spread it in circular motion, Apply oil around dosa
  • Flip Dosa when the color changes. Cook both sides
  • Add 3 tb sp aloo masala / potato πŸ₯”Β MasalaΒ at center of the dosa
  • Next fold DosaΒ as shown in picture
  • Serve hot with Fresh coconut chutney, Aloo Masala and Sambar
