Multi Grain 🌾 Roti/ 5 flour rottallu/ Healthy Nutrition Roti

1/2 cup = 160 gms


Wheat flour – 1/2 cup

Rice flour – 1/2 cup

Bajra/ Sajja pindi/ Pearl Millet flour – 1/2 cup

Jowar/ Jonna pindi/ Sorghum flour – 1/2 cup

Ragi / Finger millet flour – 1/2 cup

Finely chopped onion – 1 cup

Green chilli paste – 2 tb sp

Coriander – chopped – 1/2 cup

Curry leaves – chopped – 5

Cumin seeds/ Jeera – 2 tb sp

Sesame seeds (White/Black) – 2 tb sp

Salt – to taste

Oil – 3 tb sp


  • Add all flour’s in medium sized bowl
  • Add salt, jeera, green chillies paste, Sesame seeds and chopped curry leaves
  • Mix them well
  • Add onion and coriander mix them well
  • Add sufficient water to make perfect dough
  • Dough should be soft and non sticky
  • Divide dough into equal parts
  • Make medium sized balls with hands
  • Take butter paper andΒ Apply oil on it
  • Spread it equally andΒ Put one ball on it
  • Press and tap with hand by applying oil on your hands and on it
  • Heat tava on medium to high
  • Apply oil on tava and flip the butter paper with roti on tava
  • Cook both sides of roti by applying oil on it
  • Serve it hot with mango pickle and fresh curd
  • Multi Grain Roti is ready for Breakfast πŸ˜ƒ
