Indian Spicy Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice : Either Normal Rice/ Basmati 🍚 Rice

Capsicum – Diced – 2 tb sp

Mixed veggies: Carrot, Beans, Sweet Corn 🌽 and GreenPeas

Sliced Onion – 1/2 cup

Broccoli – 1/2 cup

Carrot – sliced – 1/4 cup

Spring Onion – chopped – 1/2 cup

Coriander – 1/4 cup

Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tb sp

Soya sauce – 1 tb sp

Green chilly sauce – 1 tb sp

Vinegar – 1 tb sp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tb sp

Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tb sp

Green chillies – 4 – sliced

Salt – to taste

Lemon juice – 1 tb sp (optional)

Oil – 2 tb sp

Procedure:

  • Heat frying pan on medium heat
  • Add oil
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and all veggies
  • Saute for 2 mins
  • Add soya sauce, Green chilly sauce and vinegar. Mix them well
  • Add cooked rice and saute / toss for few seconds
  • Add salt,pepper powder and garam masala
  • Mix them well and saute/toss for one min
  • Check taste of fried rice. If required add salt
  • Finally add spring Onion and coriander
  • Indian spicy fried rice is ready
  • Serve it hot with sliced onion and lemon juice / Tomato sauce
  • You can serve @ lunch/ evening/dinner/party πŸŽ‰Β time
