Double-Ka-Meetha / Sweet with Bread 🍞

Ingredients:

Bread fry:

Bread 🍞 slices – 7 to 8

Oil/Ghee – to fry bread slices

Rabdi:

Milk – 1 litre

Sugar – 250 gms

Cardamom powder – 1/4 spoon

Ghee – 2 tb sp

Fried cashew nuts – 1 tb sp

Fried golden raisins – 1 tb sp

Procedure:

Fry Bread:

  • Take bread slices cut into two/four halves like triangle shape
  • Heat oil to fry bread slices low to medium heat
  • Shallow fry
  • You can also deep fry them
  • Take out bread pieces when it becomes golden brown and crispy nature outside
  • Keep them aside

Rabdi:

  • Heat frying pan on medium heat
  • Pour one litre milk
  • Let it boil
  • When boiling add cardamom powder, Ghee and sugar
  • Mix well and stir occasionally
  • Milk content becomes thick and decreases in size
  • Add fried cashew nuts and raisins
  • Then transfer rabdi on fried bread slices
  • Double ka meetha ready to serve πŸ˜‹πŸ˜€
  • It’s an Indian sweet / Dessert
  • Serve it in bowl @ lunch / Evening snack / festive time☺️
