Crispy Idly Fries πŸ˜‹


Idly – 5 to 8 / as required

Oil – To deep fry

Garnish –Β Spicy Roasted chickpea Powder / Pappula podi / Bhuna Chana powder


  • Make Idly’s
  • Let them cool completely
  • Take out Idly’ from Idly stand to a plate
  • Dice them
  • Deep fry in oil with medium heat
  • Fry till color changes to golden brown and crispy
  • Take out fried Idly pieces in a bowl
  • Garnish with spicy roasted chickpea powder and give it a toss
  • Enjoy your evening snack
  • Serve it when hot πŸ˜‹πŸ˜€
