Schezwan Noodles 🍝


Spaghetti noodles – 150 gms

Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup

Cubbed cabbage – 1/2 cup

Finely chopped carrot – 1/2 cup

Finely chopped jugni – 1/2 cup

Schezwan sauce – 3 tb sp

Coriander – 1/2 cup

Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon

Salt – as per taste

Oil – 2 tb sp


  • Heat medium sized bowl with 4 cups of water & salt in it. Boil water and add spaghetti noodles into it. Cook 3/4 of noodles
  • Drain water and keep aside
  • Heat oil in frying pan
  • Add chopped onion, carrot, jugni saute for 2 mins
  • Add cabbage and saute for 2 mins
  • Add noodles, schezwan sauce , pepper and salt. Mix them well
  • Saute 3 to 5 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Schezwan Noodles ready to serve πŸπŸ˜ƒ
  • Have it as breakfast/ evenings … it’s really yummy πŸ˜‹
  • When you are serving to kids. Reduce schezwan sauce and pepper powderΒ
