Crispy Hash Browns πŸ˜‹πŸ˜„

Potatoes πŸ₯”Β – 2

Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Canola/ Olive/ Refined Oil – 3 tb sp

Ranch Sauce / Tomato Sauce – Dip

Procedure:

  • Peel off potatoes
  • Grate them nicely
  • Soak in water for 5 mins and repeat twice to remove starch from grated potatoes
  • When starch removed completely, you can see clear water
  • Drain water and remove excess water by using paper towel/kitchen towel
  • Transfer them into medium sized bowl and add salt & pepper. Mix them well
  • Heat frying pan with oil on low-medium heat
  • Keep grated potatoes in a small cup to make equal hash browns
  • Dont flip them frequently wait for 5 to 10 minutes to cook well
  • When they become brown flip and cook other side too
  • Make sure cook low-medium heat so that it will cook completely
  • Serve them in a bowl/ plate with ranch sauce πŸ˜€πŸ˜‹
