Spicy Potato πŸ₯” Corn Sandwich/ Aloo Corn 🌽 Sandwich


Wheat Bread 🍞- 4 slices

Boiled potatoes – 2 – Mashed – 1 cup

Sweet Corn – chopped – 1/2 cup

Green chillies (3) and mint (6 leaves) paste – 1 tea spoon

Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon

Red chilli sauce – 2 tb sp

Ghee – 1 tb sp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tea spoon

Salt – To taste


  • Β Heat frying pan on medium heat
  • Add Ghee and green chillies-mint paste fry it
  • (You can also use refined oil)
  • Add ginger-garlic paste saute it
  • Now add chopped sweet corn and salt, saute for one minute
  • Add mashed potatoes and mix it well
  • Saute for 2 minutes not more than that. Because potatoes already boiled and cooked well
  • Let the potato spread become cool
  • Meanwhile, apply ghee/butter on both sides and toast bread slices
  • Toast bread slices on tawa/toaster
  • Now spread Red chilli sauce on both slices and potato-sweet corn spread
  • Sprinkle pepper powder
  • Flip one of the slice on the other slice to make sandwich
  • Cut into two/ four halves. Garnish with sesame seeds
  • Spicy Potato Corn Sandwich is ready to serve
  • Serve it with tomato sauce (or) mint chutney as a breakfast/evening snack
