Crunchy Butter Cookies πŸͺ

Ingredients:

All purpose flour/ Maida – 1 cup

Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup

Melted Butter (unsalted) – 180 gms

Baking soda – 1/4 tea spoon

Salt – 1/8 tea spoon

Almond/ Badam chopped – 2 tb sp

Procedure:

  • In a large bowl add melted butter and powdered sugar mix it together and make smooth paste
  • Add maida, salt and baking soda in it and mix well
  • Make small balls by using hands and press gently (or) you can use mould shape like round
  • Put chopped Almond/ Badam at the center of the cookie and press it
  • Take butter paper or aluminum foil wrapper put it in baking tray and arrange the cookies one by one and give space in between them
  • Bake cookies at 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C for 15 minutes
  • Take out cookies when they become cool
  • Serve it as an evening snack in home, specially to your kids because they like to have cookies πŸ˜€πŸ˜‹
