Ivy Gourd fry/ Dondakaya fry/ Tindora fry

Ingredients:

Ivy gourd/ Dondakaya/ Tindora – 250 gms

Oil – 2 tb sp

Salt – 1/4 spoon

Procedure:

  • Take a frying pan
  • Add oil and let it heat one minute
  • Add finely chopped Ivy gourd/ Dondakaya/ Tindora
  • Stir it with low to medium heat
  • Add salt so that the ivy gourd/ dondakaya/ tindora will fry quickly
  • When the color turning to brown add Spicy Coconut Gunpowder/ Kobbari karamΒ Β to it
  • Kobbari karam is the main masala to make the fry more tasty πŸ˜‹
  • Stir it for few seconds
  • Serve it in a plate with rice/ chapathi/ Pulka
