Rava Dosa πŸ‘Œ| Instant | Breakfast


1 cup = 160 gms

Wheat Flour – 1 cup

Rice Flour – 1 cup

Semolina – 1/3 cup ( Sooji/ Mumbai Rava )

Onion – finely chopped – 1/4 cup

Grated carrot – 1/4 cup

Coriander leaves – chopped – 1/4 cup

Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves – 4 to 5

Green chillies – 2 – finely chopped

Salt – As per taste

Oil – As required to apply on dosa


— Take a bowl then add all ingredients ( except oil )

— Mix well

— Mix it properly by adding water with out any lumps in the batter

— Batter should be in pouring consistency

— Dosa Tava should be on medium heat

— Once check the tawa is hot or not by sprinkling water on it

— Now add batter on tava

— Apply oil

— Β cook both sides till golden brown color

— Serve with coconut chutneyΒ Coriander Coconut Chutney / Kothimeera Kobbari Chutney
